Adrian Docea is the founder and CEO of Nordensa, a pioneering fan-funding platform designed to support young football talents from developing countries. Launched in 2022, Nordensa allows football fans to invest in promising young players, with the potential to share in their future earnings if they succeed professionally.Docea has over 20 years of experience in marketing and brand strategy. Prior to Nordensa, he co-founded Heraldist, a company specialising in brand strategy and design for tech startups in Silicon Valley and Europe. His extensive background in branding and his passion for football led him to create Nordensa, aiming to democratise football talent scouting by involving fans in the process.
